Basic Training Module
This one-day training session is for those sellers who are relatively new to the online ad sales arena or who are looking for a refresher. The
session is geared toward Reps, Sales Managers, Publishers, Directors and VPs of Sales, and is approximately seven hours long. The session
will result in attendees being comfortable with:

Intermediate Training Module
This one-day training session is for employees who are actively responsible for selling online and print advertising, including Reps, Sales Managers, Publishers, Directors and VPs of Sales. The attendee will have sold some online but may be in need of strengthening their integrated approach to selling as well furthering their online knowledge base. The class length is approximately seven hours long. The session will result in attendees being comfortable with:
Cost: $5,000 per day plus travel and expenses (up to ten people)

Paul Andrews
Paul is a proven veteran of the online sales media landscape. As Vice President of Sales Development at Go Forward Media, he is focused on product and revenue generation, integrating sales structures and eMedia training. Paul has been training sales staffs for more than 10 years, all while actively selling!
Paul brings practical experience into the classroom. Not only will he share his frontline experience of media selling, he will also provide sales tools that can be used your first day back in the office.
Paul's sales experience includes being the Chief Sales Officer for Homes and Land Magazine and Vice President of Sales for San Francisco-based Praetorian Group. Paul also held the position of Vice President, E-Commerce and Sales for Firehouse.com, driving multi-million dollar growth. He was promoted to lead the interactive sales efforts for 60 brands at Cygnus Business Media. He was recognized by MIN Magazine as the B2B Sales Team Leader of the Year in 2006. He is an executive board member of FEMSA, won their Promoter of the Year Award, and is a featured speaker at industry events. He is frequently quoted in industry publications relating to sales issues including compensation, sales structure and the monetization of web sites and email products.
Paul is a member of the 'Internet Old Timer's Organization,' in that he has been selling online advertising for more than 10 years. Paul received his masters and undergraduate degrees from the George Washington University in Washington D.C. Paul is married, has two children and lives in Maryland.
